Four Underprivileged Differently-abled Students of 'Voice of World' appear for Secondary Exams

Class X Board Exams are always significant in one's career as it is the first of its kind where students appear in examination conducted by an external agency. It is a major step in deciding a student's educational career. The Class X Board Exams or the Madhyamik Examinations for the students studying in schools affiliated to the West Bengal Board for Secondary Examination commenced today. Four Underprivileged Students of 'Voice of World' are appearing in this year's Madhyamik Examination. One of them is Completely Visually Challenged, two are Partially Visually Challenged and one is Orthopaedically Challenged (Completely Wheel Chair Dependent) and all of them are underprivileged. Though they are enrolled in Normal Schools for their Board Exams, all Educational Support have been provided by 'Voice of World' only including Reader Services, Writer Services, providing Assistive Devices, Braille Books etc. It has always been high on priority in the activities of 'Voice of World' to provide Educational support to these underprivileged differently-abled students to empower them towards their mainstreaming.
